ok, actually i'm juz gonna tell u guys!
i juz had to tell u guys dat i did 12 400m runs during trainning.
BAPAK DIER!!
sori, the workout was such a killer dat i juz had to blog ;)
but dats not the cool part.
the weather was so cold dat i could actually see smoke coming out of my mouth after one of the runs.

feeling2 like in the cold countries sia.
actually rite, dis incident should occur more often.
no need ciggies can come out smoke.
easier to quit smoking den.

k anyways, i got back to proper trainning today n
